Jeweline | Warrior
Banshees? Something about that sounded familiar to Jeweline. Just where had she heard it before? Then she remembered. It had been before the final exams when she had helped Jason with studying for his Scout exams. She had read a few books to him while he at the same time had practised his magic. One of these books was about faerie creatures and Jeweline remembered the cry of a kelpie being compared to the cry of a banshee. Then someone had scribbled something beneath it with their own handwriting. “Possible trait to occur. Extremely Rare and for unfortunate individuums. For more information, see “Banshee”, page 254” When Jeweline had asked Jason about it, he had explained that those are some sort of footnotes for archive purposes that get added when a Caspana happens to develop a trait explained in these books. Jeweline knew that those traits were rare, but they existed. But it could only be traits shared by faeries. So, a banshee must be a fae. It was kinda scary to imagine a ghost to be fae. If that could count as a ghost at all since banshees had never really been alive. Her condolences went out to all those Caspanas who had the voice of a banshee. Though as far as she knew, there currently were none lived with that trait. She hoped that would stay that way. “But aren’t banshees of the shee and therefore fae? It is even in their name: bean sí. I always thought they were female spirits in the form of a washerwoman who heralds death by shrieking and howling. Or are there different kinds of them as well?” It wasn’t often that Jeweline would be able to educate Jason about something since it usually was the other way around. So, getting her hooves on such unique first-hand information would probably be beneficial later on.
Before Serket could reply and therefore clarify, Jeweline heard Ellie's voice in her head. She had to give it to the Scout mare: she was fast. They had barely been wandering in their little groups for two minutes and the paint mare had already found something. The palomino stopped. Even though she had heard Ellie in her head, she hadn't heard her physically, but a simple detection spell was all she needed. "Ellie found a trail and heads, uh, there. Follow me!" Jeweline said and started galloping in the direction she felt Ellie be in. That was south, wasn't it? It must be, since Nordberg was behind them, which was very clearly north and going north would, therefore, mean going back to the city. She had always sucked at the cardinal points. But wait, Ellie had said northeast. Had she fluffed that and actually meant south-east? Either way, Jeweline would just follow Ellie's presence, regardless of any given directions.

Miraphy | Witch
The red-maned mare had just barely started to look for hints of the creature's presence when Ellie already called out and announced it to be in the northeast. Wow, that was fast! Miraphy thought. But how does she know it that precisely? They all galloped and the landscape around them changed just slightly. The huge firs remained, but the ground became noticeably mossier. Miraphy bit her lip since she knew where they were headed. When she heard someone fall behind her, her head snapped back to the path in worry. It had been Illucid, but the clumsy stallion immediately picked himself up again and blushed heavily. Miraphy threw him a relieved smile since she was glad that the only thing that had been hurt had been his pride. "Ellie, are you sure it is this direction?" Miraphy eventually asked the other paint mare when the realisation of where their destination was sunk into her more and more clearly. "Because there is a haunted cave in this direction and...uhm...it's dangerous there." She specified. At first, Miraphy had thought it to be just rumours, but when she had once discovered the haunted cave herself, she had sensed a very dark aura there, which had made her turn right back to where she came from. It was like the place was dripping with danger, and not the kind of danger that got you injured, but that kind that possessed you and made you insane. If the creature they were searching really was there, then it must have an immunity towards these dark souls. This either meant that the creature would be a big help or yet another big problem.

Cornelia | Poor
When they had wandered a little, Serket started to talk. "You both need to know something." she started. Oh no, this sounds serious, Cornelia thought. Serket started to explain, that there were more than one type of ghost, "Banshees and Phenomena". Banshees apparently, were very cruel beings, but both of them wanted to kill mortals. Cornelia shuddered. She did not like the fact that they could be around her without she had a chance to notice them. "Creppy..." she just said. She did noy know what to say, since she did not know a lot of the subject , but she still wanted to say something, just to be polite. Then suddenly Jeweline started to talk. What she said sounded so smart and clever. Cornelia was so impressed she did not even realize what she said. Something about washerwoman and spirits, but all the ghost stuff had always been confuseing to her. At least since Samhain last year. Every time she heard the word "ghost" or "spirit" she remembered it. She saw her dead mother last Samhain. She was there, she saw sure of it! Before anyone got to reply to Jeweline, she spoke up:"Ellie found a trail and heads, uh, there. Follow me!" she said and started running. Cornelia was so deep in her memories of her mother, Jewelines quick moveing surprised her, and she clumsy started following her. Jeweline was fast, but she looked confused for a moment. "Do you really know the way?" Cornelia asked her. If Ellie was anywhere near the same place as before, it should be no problem to find her. Still, the warrior did not look sure. Cornelia had an idea of where to go, bu she did not want to interrupt , or to provoke. She had heard what Jeweline said when Calypso did that, she did want to end up having Jeweline as her enemy.

Ellie|Scout Ellie heard someone fall behind her. It was Illucid, but he shot to his feet quickly, so she kept moving. Then Miraphy spoke up. "Ellie, are you sure it is this direction?" The poor thing looked worried again. Ellie knew what that was like. "Because there is a haunted cave in this direction and...uhm...it's dangerous there." Ellie gave the nervous mare a quick smile. "Don't worry, with as many people we have in this group, we can handle any fighting. And Serket will let us know how to deal with any haunting spirits." Her smile faded as she heard Calypso's taunt and felt Dawn come to a halt. "Oh boy, this could go badly." She turned and watched Dawn. She knew her friend would not do anything that could compromise the mission, but is that spotted mare did not cool it, Jeweline and Dawn would let her have it. "Its like Calypso only feels valid if others see her as a threat, or if they are giving her their full attention." Ellie sighed, she didn't see Calypso as a true threat because she knew her own magic could out do anything calypso could even try. But she was certainly a pain in the neck, no doubt. She reached out to Dawn telepathically "Ignore her, she is not worth the effort. Her entire goal is to keep us focused on her, and we don't have time for that." As she went back to the path she realized she had goofed. This was southeast. She had been in too much of a hurry to realize before. "I hope I didn't confuse Jeweline too badly. She will probably just follow my presence, but I'd better make sure." She reached out to Jeweline with the fixed directions. She grinned suddenly, while Ellie was not fond of needless violence, she was not above pulling petty pranks. "Here watch, this is how you deal with ones like her." Ellie pulled up her magic and watched Calypso. When the timing was right Ellie blew a gust of wind across the ground gathering plenty of leaves and debris before shooting it upwards into Calypso's face. Jeweline and her group made it to them just in time to witness it. Ellie trotted over to the mare. "Hey are you okay? I know some healing if you got anything in you eye." She put extra effort into sounding friendly and concerned. "If you are alright we should head back out." Kill them with kindness her mother always said, lets just hope the recipient didn't try to kill her first.

Calypso | Unseelie
Calypso smiled as Dawn spoke up. It was clearly that she hit a nerve and the mare was angry. "Now I'm scared." the half demon said sarcastic with a smirk on her face. "Just accept it, that you have no clue what you're doing. It's so funny how the leader follows others." Calypso said with a calm voice, just telling her opinion. It's not like she did anything. But it looked like the mare couldn't handle criticism, how pathetic. Everyone was speaking of great warriors and how strong they were, but they couldn't even handle one unseelie, that didn't do anything. They acted out of anger and let provoke them, just by words. Somehow it was funny how Dawn tried to have everything under control.
As suddenly a gust of wind blew leaves and dust in Calypso's face, the mare stopped. Angry she looked at the small painted mare that stood before her and offered help. "You little shit." the knabstrupper mare hissed, with both ears pinned back. She knew exactly that it was no coincidence, it was done by magic. How did she dare to do that and act like she didn't do anything. At least Ellie could stand behind her actions - this was so weak. Calypso would prefer to attack the little mare and make sure she would never stand up again, but the problem was, that now all three faes were together again. Also there were some mortals and a witch. If she would now take action, the half demon would probably have some problems, although she was strong. Without a warning, Calypso let some cold water hit Ellies face - so she was all wet. "Oh sorry, I thought you had something on your face, but it's just the shit you're talking." she said with a smirk, as she looked Ellie provocatively in the eyes. ______ 310 Words || Post 7

This is just a single in-between post for Jeweline because she can be a loudmouth sometimes. This post doesn't reset the posting order!
Jeweline | Warrior
Jeweline, Serket and Cornelia just arrived when Ellie throw some dirt into Calypso's face. The palomino mare snickered, enjoying the display of someone getting a least a minor payback. But Ellie's plan seemed to backfire, since from one moment to the other she was drenched with water. Encouraging such shenanigans would hinder the mission and they were anything but proper. Childish even! Still, the situation just was too tempting to miss out on that golden opportunity to teach the snarky half demon a lesson. Without warning, and seemingly out of thin air, a block of ice materialised above Calypso's head and smashed down on it. "I once read that one can train a dog by spraying it with water when it was naughty. Maybe an ice block might work for your kind instead." Jeweline remarked with a smirk and also let the cold water slide fully off of Ellie's coat, making her dry again. "And I was only gone for a few minutes too! Looks like from now on I really have to take you on the leash or get you a muzzle or something." The palomino mare added with a taunting smile to Calypso. "Don't try to build rapport with her, you'll just waste your breath. Handling a half demon is more a task of my calibre. You two take care of the others while I make sure this spotted annoyance doesn't try anything funny. And if she does, I can handle her no problem even without killing her." She said to Dawn and Ellie in thoughts. Mentally she already made a list of things Dawn might scold her about later on. Usually, Jeweline was not one to take charge when she was in a position of leadership, but this time she just couldn't help it. Neither Dawn nor Ellie seemed to possess the mindset that was needed to keep a snarky personality like Calypso in check. Luckily, Jeweline had collected quite some experience with sirens. Narcissistic, egocentric, snarky beasts who cared little for mortals. While Calypso wasn't exactly like a siren, Jeweline could see several similarities. The trick to handle sirens was to agree but at the same time disagree with them. To hold a conversation but at the same time not to hold one. To not keep them too close, but to also not leave their side. It was a contradictory pattern of behaviour that not everyone could manage and it was one that so far seemed to work well on Calypso to keep her in check.

I hope it´s okay for all of you, but it´s part of serket magic to be able to paralize people with her ghost. If that wasn´t okay, please tell me and I try to rewrite this part
Serket|Witch
“But aren’t banshees of the shee and therefore fae? It is even in their name: bean sí. I always thought they were female spirits in the form of a washerwoman who heralds death by shrieking and howling. Or are there different kinds of them as well?” Serket thought about it and before she was able to answer Jewelines question the palomino mare said: "Ellie found a trail and heads, uh, there. Follow me!" The spottet mare followed Jeweline, without giving an answer to the banshee question, she could still answer them later. the golden mare, seemed to be a littlle bit confused and Conny also noticed it and asked: "Do you really know the way?" But after a few seconds they seem to run in the right direction. Serket was able to hear Dawn, Ellie and Calypso talking. She didn´t listend to them because, she noticed something. She looked to her left side, the side, the ghost Vaarl was running and looked worried. The haunted cave, is near .. she thought.
A minute later, they found the rest of the group. "Oh sorry, I thought you had something on your face, but it's just the shit you're talking." , Calypso said and Serket saw a wet Ellie. Serket looked irritated to Ellie, Jeweline and Calypso. They still need to fight like stupid foals... she told Vaarl in thoughts. "I once read that one can train a dog by spraying it with water when it was naughty. Maybe an ice block might work for your kind instead." The witch noticed Jewelines smile and Ellie´s dried coat."And I was only gone for a few minutes too! Looks like from now on I really have to take you on the leash or get you a muzzle or something."
The blue mare looked angry and murmured to Cornelia: "i´m sorry, you need to see this side from me" She stepped closer to Jeweline and Calpyso and screemed in anger: "ENOUGH!" In the same second the started to use her magic: Her left eye turned nearly complete black, except her pupil, which looks neon green. she git an aura mixed out of dark and light magic and took a quick look, to all of them. She whispered a quick spell and Calypso, Jeweline, Ellie and Dawn were paralyzed. She smiled at them but her eyes still glazed at them with anger. "I´s enough you stuopid morons" All of you think, they were strong, but it seems like, your not! You for your knowledge, I can control the ghost with my magic and can use them to paralize you all and I woulnd´t have done that, if it wouldn´t be
necessary." She said and looked to Cornelia and the other two. Then she started to talk again: "It seems like you all don´t notice the danger. Near to this place is the haunted cave and also I don´t go into it! I don´t know what kind of creature lives in it and maybe it already now our place. So stop this bullshit! Calypso didn´t do anything since her joining, except of argue with Jeweline." She turned her head to Jeweline and looked to her swords:" And you, Jeweline, you must be some kind of warrior and you really should now, how to be calm. Maybe it´s not always good to start a fight!" She shooked her head and her left eye turned normal again. "You can move again." To Cornelia and the other two, she said. "I´m sorry for that, but it´s to dangerous to use magic, just to tease another one. And I am not a witch after all, I´m a druid and I still care for others!" She made a few steps to calm down and continued:" And Jeweline to your question. I think Banshees are both fae and part of the ghost family. In the villages they are also often called Women from the fairy empire or just ghostwoman. I don´t know, the reason for it, because they don´t were dead, but I´m not sure. I was never able to asked one of them. But they are creature from Orbis Alius, that´s the topical name for the world bewteen the world of the living and the dead. Oh and to the death fortuning. I do´t think that´s a real thing, because the few Banshee I met, just attacked me with there screems and nobody died after the meeting. Maybe it´s also a rumor, because everyone, who met a banshees was dead after that."

Dawn | Warrior
Dawn was none too pleased with all the fighting and she mentally told Jeweline and Ellie of the fact. She was about to confront Calypso against Ellie's judgment, especially after the foal's games they were playing on each other when Serket stepped in. The experience was more than strange for her, once she was able to move once more she shook her mane as if shaking dirt and leaves from it. She straightened her stance and looked between the druid and Calypso before speaking, "Now, if we are all finished with this mess I think it would be best if we get moving. If you (specifically pointing to Calypso) think you shall need to act like a foal once more, I will happily let Serket here paralyze you or perhaps do worse. The sooner we complete this 'Mission' the sooner we can all get out of each other's hair and go our separate ways."
She thought for a moment before speaking telepathically to her partners, "I think it would be a good idea to have Serket join us up front in leading to this haunted cave. She's a great asset and seems to possess both the power and knowledge to deal with these beings that we may come across." Dawn looked at Serket after talking to her partners, and regaining her composure spoke to her. "It'd be a pleasure if you'd help us out with this haunted cave mess, I have to admit we haven't really had to deal with things like that and you seem more than qualified to do so."
Dawn was sure her partners would potentially be unhappy with her decision or the way she spoke about them as a group to Serket so she shot them both a warning glare that would have scared just about anyone who didn't know who she was. They knew not to question her decisions as the team leader, and if they did they usually kept it to themselves although, since Ellie was like family to Dawn she possibly could get away with a little more than what Jeweline could.

Cornelia | Poor
They had walked a little while. Surprisingly, for some reason Jeweline could find the way. Cornelia was Impressed. When they found the others, all quickly turned to chaos. It started easy, it started just with some leaves that flew in Calyso's face. Ellie sounded concerned and offered her help, but apparently, Calypso was not a fan of that. She immediately accused Ellie for it. "You little shit." she said. And just like that, Ellie was soaking wet. Cornelia was honestly relieved. With the attitude Capypso had all the time, getting her wet seemed slightly... easy. Too easy. Ellie had gotten away easy. This time. However, Jeweline wanted to get included in the "fun" as well. Of course she did, it was not a surprise. The air over Calypso's head turned to ice and felt down on her and smashed. Small bumps of ice was all around her. Then Jeweline lectured Calypso, comparing her to a dog. Idiots, she thought for herself. Suddenly, Serket turned her face to Cornelia. "i´m sorry, you need to see this side from me" Serket said. "Wait, what?" Cornelia said, but there was no time for answer. Jeweline, Calypso, Ellie and Dawn were suddenly all very still. Too still. something was going on. "ENOUGH!" Serket said, and something changed about her, but Cornelia could not point out what it as. After saying something to them, she turned her head the Cornelia and the rest of the group, and it was now clear what was different. Her eye. She had been on her side, and had not been able to see it before now. The only thing that was able to see in the eye was the pupil. It was neon green. Everything else in the eyes was black. Cornelia was not scarred. Not for a single moment. She trusted Serket. Now, it was Serkets time to lectured them. All of them. She had mentioned a cave too. "Near to this place is the haunted cave and also I don´t go into it!" she had said. Why was she scarred of the cave? Cornelia was suddenly very curious. She had often been curious about what other would stay away from. Cornelia had kept quiet under the whole situation. She did not feel like it was her job, or right to get involved. When Serket had let go of them all, Dawn had stepped up and made everyone calm. More or less. Cornelia had taken a step closer to Serket without she even knew. She felt protected close to her. Dawn then turned to Serket, who was still by Cornelia's side, and she asked for help with the cave. Again, Cornelia wonderd why Serket did not want to go to the cave. Post 8 | 458 words

Ellie|Scout
Ellie had not expected Calypso to realize she had been behind the sudden gust of wind and was understandably surprised to be called a “little shit” and doused with cold water. Very cold water, brrr. While she did not enjoy her soaking she couldn’t blame Calypso for retaliating. Jynx insisted that they tell this stuck-up siren wanna-be to go hump a tree, but Ellie refused.
“Kill them with kindness remember, it will bug her more if we are nice about it.” She had been about to say something exceptionally nice, when a block of ice landed on Calypso’s head. She turned to spot Jeweline smirking nearby.
"I once read that one can train a dog by spraying it with water when it was naughty. Maybe an ice block might work for your kind instead." Ellie felt the water being pulled from her drenched coat and gave Jeweline a grateful grin. She had never been terribly fond of water and did not enjoy being wet. She had to smother a giggle as Jeweline continued to harass Calypso. "And I was only gone for a few minutes too! Looks like from now on I really have to take you on the leash or get you a muzzle or something." Ellie almost felt bad for finding it so funny. Jeweline had found a way to call Calypso a bitch without using that word. Ellie had to agree Calypso definitely qualified for that title. She heard Dawn begin to scold her and Jeweline, and momentarily felt ashamed. She had kicked the hornets’ nest and made thing more challenging for her friend. She was about to apologize when Serket stepped in. Apparently the strange mare had had enough of their nonsense. Ellie panicked for a second when the paralyzing spell hit, then relaxed and stared in awe at her. It stung a little to be called a moron, but she had kinda earned that name for the moment. She listened eagerly as Serket told more of the haunted cave that even she did not visit. When the spell lifted she shook herself from head to hoof like she was getting rid of water from her coat. She moved closer to the druid listening to any information she could give. Her abilities were amazing, Ellie had already been impressed by her, now she was in complete awe. She almost wanted to ask Dawn if they could bring her home with them. She was delighted when Dawn asked Serket to join them up front, and practically skipped like a foal as they moved along. She felt her confidence in the strange mare was justified, especially when the young brown mare moved closer to Serket. "If the young one trusts her, she can't be all bad. Besides I like this kind of stuff." She thought as she trotted closer to Dawn. She was fully aware of Dawn’s current mood but was un-bothered by it. She knew her friend was just annoyed that things had gone that far, and would get over it in a little bit; provided no one else did any more stupid stuff. “No problem there.” She thought to herself. “I’d already been ignoring the spotted nuisance, I will simply return to that.” She did however, reach out to Dawn telepathically
“Sorry ‘bout getting that mess started. I was sure I had been subtle enough to keep her form noticing it was me with the breeze. I guess I’ve got to work on that.” She knew Dawn would forgive her, she always did. She was almost like a big sister to Ellie. Ellie drifted closer to Dawn and leaned against her side. She check to see if anyone was watching, then tipped her head to the side and made her best pitiful face at Dawn. “I’ll be good. I promise.” Sometimes her silliness made Dawn grin, and occasionally it got the stink-eye, but it did not matter. She was trying to make nice and was sure Dawn would appreciate the effort if nothing else. Even if she did not they would still be friends later. She pressed closer to Dawn, and leaned her neck into her friend. "It is hard to snuggle with someone when you're walking." she thought with amusement. Another thought struck her and it made her laugh aloud. She smothered her giggles and told Dawn her thoughts. "The way I'm laying all over you I bet they think we are either sisters or lovers." She shook with barely suppressed laughter. Her amusement gave way to annoyance. "Shoot I'm supposed to be guiding us! Just a second, here we go." She pulled the scale from her bag and reset the spell she had placed on it earlier. It had dissipated during the whole Calypso fiasco. The trail led through the trees, straight toward the direction Miraphy had said the haunted caves. were.

Jeweline | Warrior
The Warrior mare felt her dignity to be hurt just slightly when the witch managed to paralyse her. It was embarrassing. As a Warrior, she should always be in full control, not be controlled by others. To say that it hurt her pride was an understatement! And that wasn't even it. Dawn felt it was necessary to further throw salt into the open wound. Just slightly, but still enough to let Jeweline look like a childish moron. Perhaps she even was a childish moron, but she had not seen anyone else being able to keep the half demon mare under control without using offensive methods, like Serket. They should be thanking her actually instead of scolding her for keeping them safe. Fine, have it their way then. Let's see how long things stay peaceful when I don't do anything. Jeweline thought in a slightly sulking manner. Worst case scenario: Things actually stayed peaceful and she'd look like an utter fool in the end. If anything got out of hand, however, she could still intervene and show everyone that she had been right from the beginning. Under these circumstances, she did not even throw Calypso as much as a look. Without the exchange of views and words, there wouldn't be anything from the others to complain about after all. While Dawn and Ellie went at the front, Jeweline resorted to staying back to keep an overview of the entire group, including specifically Calypso.

Miraphy | Witch
To say that Serket's presentation of magic was intimidating, would be an understatement. Miraphy had never seen anything of the like and it made her feel a little insecure again. A witch that could paralyse others at will was a fair reason to be scared of the mare. In this moment, Miraphy swore to not do anything that would upset Serket. Ever. This would not end well on her part. That, she was sure of. But the fear of Serket's abilities was not the only thing that made the paint mare feel uneasy. The haunted cave was drawing nearer, only being a few kilometres away from them now, and Miraphy already felt an itch behind her ears. It was a kind of prevision that told her that something bad was up ahead. She couldn't decide if it was her head, that knew that there was something dangerous up ahead, or her actual sense of the lay of the land that told her that. She hoped for the former. Maybe it wasn't so bad after all. Maybe the stories were just exaggerating and she had just believed them too much the last time she had been there. Maybe even her memory was playing tricks on her. Speculation does not help us here. We just have to wait and see what we'll be dealing with and if it gets too dangerous we retreat. The mare thought with her view cast groundwards with utter concentration.
It took them about an hour, maybe even a little more, until they stopped. About one hundred meters in front of them was the cave. Miraphy flattened her ears at the sight, but at the same time sharpened her senses to detect how dangerous it exactly was. It was hard to tell. There was something dangerous ahead, this was for sure, but it seemed a little less...threatening than before. Had her memory really played tricks on her or was this feeling just imagined? A slight hope of it not being so bad after all. In any case, their thief was definitely in that cave. The trail of chicken bones was clearly visible. Even a blind person would have found it now. Maybe she had just imagined it, but she could have sworn to also have heard the cry of an animal coming from the cave. That cry she had already heard earlier on this quest and in the forest a few days ago. Was this also just a hope, or was it real? She did not trust her senses right now.
[post #8 | 423 words] Not much is known about the Noveins. So it comes as no surprise that they can display deeds yet unseen and unknown. One of such traits would be the ability to "eat" ghosts. Not one whole and immediately, but bit by bit, weakening them until they are not ghosts anymore but just the souls those ghosts originate from. In that sense, they are purifying the ghosts. There are still ghosts remaining in this cave, even some that can become very dangerous, but the Noveins have lowered the danger of the cave a little by keeping to purify the ghosts, which is also why they steal all the food: they need the strength to purify the ghosts. Putting this just here as an extra info for mainly Serket, so that it is clear what she most likely will feel/see/sense.

Ellie| Scout Well Jeweline seemed to pouting, but Ellie could see why. Dawn could be very blunt and abrupt, and she wanted to be seen as in charge. This made her even more harsh. Ellie wasn't bothered, but she knew Dawn and understood why she was behaving this way. She continued her leaning and touching Dawn as they walked. It took them a while to get to the cave. About an hour, but Ellie was not truly paying attention to that. They did not need her skills to tell the thing was in there, the bones were sign enough. Ellie flattened her ears. She did not like caves. The haunting was fine, it was simply the fact it was a cave. Caves were closed, the air was heavy and thick, and she felt she could not breathe. She was more than a little claustrophobic in smaller caves, and this one did not seem all that big."Well I might as well get this over with." Ellie moved forward carefully putting out any and all spells she had at her disposal. There was nothing physical inside, nothing that could cause any of them harm. "The only living things in there are small and not a threat in any way. I can't feel and dark or sinister magic. Serket can you sense anything else in there?" She figured the druid would have more luck with the non-physical. She did a quick head count checking that everyone was still with them. She would hate for someone to drift from the group and end up in trouble.

Calypso | Unseelie
As unexpected Jeweline stepped in and take action, the half demon got really mad. How could she just throw a block of ice on her head?! So foolish! Everyone was talking about childish behavior and she should watch her manners. But at the time Calypso didn't do anything. Yes, she said some bitchy things and she wasn't the nicest person, but what exactly did she do? If someone was childish, it was the others, who offended her all the time and even started a small fight. Did they really think, that Calypso wouldn't do anything?! The funniest thing was, that they blamed the knabstrupper mare for everything. How pitiful. Maybe it was time to really give them a reason to be mad at her and attack her! But soon as Calypso wanted to take action, something stopped her from moving. It was Serket's spell. In the moment she felt so weak and embarrassed. How could something like this happen? It looked like she underestimated the witch. When the spell was gone and Calypso could move again, she didn't say anything. She just crunching angry with her teeth, as he followed the others to the mysterious cave, everyone was so afraid of.
The group was walking about an hour and Calypso noticed how Ellie snuggled up to Dawn. It looked like they were really close, maybe even lovers? But that was unimportant. She worried more about the fact, that Jeweline was now walking behind her and that they tried to make Serket to one of their friends. If the witch would really join their actions and believes the whole situation would be really dangerous for her. She had to try to convince Serket that these three weren't really as great as they keep talking. But it seemed that the mare didn't really think well of them at all. At least she paralyzed even Jeweline and Dawn. Maybe she didn't even trust any of them, except Cornelia. The horses stopped before the cave and Calypso had to agree, that something was odd about it. She flattened her ears, trying to hear something, but there was only silence, not something that would scare her, at least she was used to it. Curious she looked at the cave, ready to explore it. Maybe she even could convince Serket to play a prank on the others - their faces would probably be priceless.

Serket| Witch
"Now, if we are all finished with this mess I think it would be best if we get moving. If you (specifically pointing to Calypso) think you shall need to act like a foal once more, I will happily let Serket here paralyze you or perhaps do worse. The sooner we complete this 'Mission' the sooner we can all get out of each other's hair and go our separate ways." , Dawn said. The pintaloosa mare, looked a little bit unhappy, when the brown mare said that. I´m not a dog, who does everything you said! Don´t forget this, little warrior! .. she thought.
"It'd be a pleasure if you'd help us out with this haunted cave mess, I have to admit we haven't really had to deal with things like that and you seem more than qualified to do so." Serket just nodded. She doesn´t felt like talking a lot, to the mages. She looked to Cornelia, who stepped a little bit closer to her and grinned. As long as Conny don´t get hurt, everything will be fine. If someone ors omething tris to hurt you, or my ghost, I´ll try to kill them...
The whole group started to move again. They travelled for about a hour. They stopped just 100 meters from the cave and the druid allready felt very unsecure. Every sense of her body told her to leave this place as fast as possible. She looked at the trail of chicken bones. Yes, it was sure, the thief is here.
"The only living things in there are small and not a threat in any way. I can't feel and dark or sinister magic. Serket can you sense anything else in there?" Ellie asked her, after scanning the cave. Serket looked concentraded to the cave. She felt something, but she wasn´t sure, if it´s right. Better said, she don´t want it to be right. "Yeah, wait a minute." She answered. She mad a step closer to Cornelia and whispered to her: " The cave changed. Something very strange is going on. I need to talk to Calypso and I told Vaarl, to stay with you. I´m really really worried." She moved to Calypso and she made sure, nobody can here her. not with normal ears. She whispered to the knappstrupper mare: " I´m worried. I knew you´re from Jengu, it´s very obvious, when you know the forest. But that´s not the topic. You also knew, the strange things, which happens in the forest and I think in this cave something very similiar is going on. I think I´ll need your .." In this moment the dark mare, felt a sharp pain in her head. the reason for it, was a painfull screem, from a ghost. , "help, I need your help." Again a painfull screem comes from the cave, this time loader than before. More and more ghost screemed and the witch, heared and felt every single one. She screemed herself, shocked her head and moved backwards. "STOPP", she screemed in pain. "THEY DIE! ALL OF THEM! THEY ALL DIE!" Tears running over her face and she looked with a mix of fear and desperation to Cornelia and her ghost Vaarl: "VAARL RUN AWAY! YOU CAN`T HELP THEM! YOU WILL DIE!" But Vaarl was already running into the cave. She looked to the ground shaking and crying: "It´s eating them! Whatever it is, but this creature is eating the ghost. It´s eating MY GHOST!" She thought a few minutes. The witch lifted her head. She looked angry. "I´ll make it suffer!" She looked to the group: "I´ll show you, everything I see and hear!" She giggled with a evil grin and used again her magic. This time a ring of purple fire was created around the group and a dome was created. In this dome everything got a slightly purple touch. "This spell is called dimension dome and you can´t go out of it." She grinned a little bit evil. "I know it´s like a trap, but in this dome, you see and hear, everything I see. Take a look to the cave. You can see my friends right now. Do you here them screem? Do You?" She asked them laughing.

Cornelia | Poor
Serket had grinned to Cornelia when she stepped closerr before. Cornelia had blushed a little. She had been acting like a kid, that had searched protection. She was not though. She did not want to be.
They had wanderd for a while, an hour or so, before they had gotten to a cave, they had stopped a little bit before though. Cornelia liked the forest, she could smell the leaves and feel the dirt on her hooves. Some from the group did not feel completly safe around this cave, and Cornelia could not see why. She was not scarred. Should I be? she thought for herself. "-Serket can you sense anything else in there?" Ellie asked Serket. She seemed worried and concentrated. "Yeah, wait a minute." she said then. She stepped closer to Cornelia and bowed her head down to her ear, and she whispered: "The cave changed. Something very strange is going on. I need to talk to Calypso and I told Vaarl, to stay with you. I´m really really worried." She said to Cornelia. Calypso?! she thought. What in the world does Serket need to talk with her about?! Serket moved on to talk with Calypso. Cornelia trusted Serket 100%, but she could not figure out why in the world she would need to talk with her. Cornelia decided not to question it too much, since Serket did a lot of weird things sometimes. Insteed, Cornelia looked around to see if she could see Vaarl. Of course she could not. But it had become a reflex of her to at least try to find him. She liked Vaarl. He was like that helpful imaginative friend from when she was a kid. He was always there, protecting. Except he was not imaginative, he was real. "STOPP" Serket screamed out of nowhere. Cornelia was hit out of her thoughts about Vaarl and thrown into reality again. "THEY DIE! ALL OF THEM! THEY ALL DIE!" she screamed even louder again, crying. She looked hopeless and in desperation on Cornelia. And Cornelia wanted to help her. It felt wrong standing so far away from her friend, and she started to walk closer to her. "VAARL RUN AWAY! YOU CAN`T HELP THEM! YOU WILL DIE!" Vaarl? "It´s eating them! Whatever it is, but this creature is eating the ghost. It´s eating MY GHOST!" At this point, Cornelia was almost by her side. Serket was now looking down in the ground, and Cornelia could see small tears fall on the ground from her. "...Serket...?" Cornelia asked gently. No answer. She started to get very worried it. What was going on? Serket then suddenly looked up. Her face had changed somehow "I´ll show you, everything I see and hear!" she said derterment. Cornelia took shocked a step backwards. Serket started to giggle evil, and a cirkel of purple fire now surrounded all of them. There was nothing Cornelia could do than just to stare at the flammes. Serket explained the magic she had used and asked "-You can see my friends right now. Do you hear them screem? Do You?" Cornelia had to admit, that she could, and it was not nice. She looked at the cave, and she got her eye on Vaarl, or who she assumed was Vaarl. He was a gryphon, and he did not seem to be having a good time. But Serket did on the other hand. She was laughing. It felt wrong No, Cornelia thought. That is not really Serket. Serket I know is careing and nice. Cornelia took action. For the first time in a while, she took action herself. I don't care how magic skilled the others are, she thought. This is different. This is my job. Cornelia walked with question over to Serket, and she stepped out right in front of her. Just like that. With purple flammes around her, and Serket laughing like she went crazy, Cornelia just stood there and starred at her. Not mean, not rude, not threatening or smileing. She just stood there, without saying anything, and hoped with all of her heart, that when Serket would look back at her friend, she would snap out of it.

Ellie|Scout
Never mind on taking Serket home with them, she could go right back to whatever rock she had crawled from. The screeching and wailing was nearly unbearable. Ellie used her talent to still the vibrations slightly, keeping the volume at a reasonable level for everyone's ears. It was all she could manage without being exhausted in a few minuets and she had no clue how long Serket planned on keeping them here. She examined the ring of flame, hoping to discover a weak point she could exploit, but had no luck. She looked in the cave, and saw figures of varying forms, they seemed to be under attack, but it was hard to tell. Maybe Serket could be reasoned with. "Serket, please listen. We want to help your friends, but we can't if we are stuck in here. Please let us out." She couldn't tell if the druid heard her. She tried louder. "Serket please let us out, so we can help you save your friends."
